  • At SMC Estimating, we strive for accuracy and client satisfaction in every project. If, for any reason, our team fails to cover a specified scope, refunds will not be issued. However, we take full responsibility for providing necessary revisions until the client is satisfied or offering a new project estimate of equivalent scope as compensation.
  • We provide estimates for all construction trades, including Civil, Site Work, Grading (Cut & Fill), Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Paint, Concrete, Drywall, Finishes, Flooring, Rebar, and Millwork — as per the client’s project requirements.
  • All pricing included in our detailed estimates is based on current market rates and daily updated online resources. Clients are encouraged to verify or apply their own pricing preferences where necessary.
  • Additional services, such as bid form completion, drawing revisions, or project-related information forms, will incur separate charges.
  • The trades covered will be clearly mentioned in the detailed estimate. Any trade, material, or item not listed should be considered excluded from the scope.
  • We aim to build long-term professional relationships with our clients and maintain competitive market rates across all services.
  • Payments are accepted via Credit Card, and upfront payment is required before project initiation.
  • All take-offs and estimates are prepared based on scaled PDF drawings, unless otherwise specified.
